Ok I was wondering if someone could help me. When I list my auctions on ebay you know that at the bottom of the auction buyers can see what else you are selling? Well mine only shows I don't know maybe 10 items. Why does it not show all of them. It says check out the other sellers items, but does not show them all.

Can anyone help?

I asked that question to support. they said 14 of the oldest listings are shown, that's it
the rest are on your site which they can access.

Hi,

Here is a quotes from the Auctiva's FAQ page:

How many items are displayed in the store window at one time?

The store window is set to display 14 items at a time and favors items that are ending nearest the time of the one being viewed. Store window items are refreshed every 2 hours.

How does the store window choose which listings to display?

Each time the store window refreshes, which it does about every 2 hours, the store window is repopulated with 14 items ending near the same time as the listing that is viewed. As your listings end, they are replaced in the store window with new ones at each refresh.
