I have not listed anything though Auctiva as of yet. When I signed on my UNSOLD items were imported. I used another hosting site,so their logo, and template,etc.. are in the auction. I want to keep the info on my auction such as title, description,so I don't have to retype everything. How do I use the info in my old auction, and then use listing page, templates etc? I am not real computer savy...I have tryed to just copy the description and then paste it, but then I get the old template background from the old hosting program. I am not real concerned about the relist fees or not, I know I can relist though ebay, but I prefer to use the new template, and listing pages from Auctiva.I guess all I am saying is that I just want to copy the TEXT only from my description. Hope I have been clear!
Thanks in advance for any help. Smile

Thanks for your reply, but thats what I was doing, the problem is that I am getting the background COLOR from the old template when I copy, I am new to all this computer stuff, so is there another way to copy without getting the background color from my old listings? Thanks again!
California Girl,

If, after you paste the text, the background color is carried over as well, try selecting all(CTRL + A) to highlight everything, then choose white as the background color from the menu on the editor. The background color menu is to the left of the button with the mountain on it...it has a color grid and what looks like a piece of paper.

I hope this helps=)
