Newbie Q - signed up with classic, now can't log in to web version

Hi - I originally signed up with the current web version, and then signed up with the classic version with the same user name and password. Now it won't let me log into the web version, but sends me right to the classic signin page!

Any way around this? I would like to use both the classic and the web version? Do I have to sign in with two seperate ID's? Did I lose all the templates, profiles, etc I set up on the web version?

Hi, do not know how to ask a question without replying to this one! (NEW)! Everytime I try to list an item using Auctive, my connection fails! I am on AOL, can anyone help?

I also am having the same problem. I do not want to use classic I want to use the original version, but whenever I log into the web version, I am redirected to the classic site.

Are my posts invisible or something? Can someone please help me with this problem? I cannot access any of my past listings under classic. I hate classic's setiup. I want to go in to the original version.

This is a common problem with users of the AOL browser. We reccommend you use Internet Explorer 6.0 or Mozilla Firefox 1.5 for best performance with our site.

huroncomputers,

I've changed your Auctiva Classic user Id to "huroncomputersclassic" so you should be able to log in to your Auctiva Classic account with that information.

You should now be able to log in to your Freetiva( http://www.auctiva.com ) with your user Id "huroncomputers".

I amn NOT using AOL - I have tried it with both IE6 and Firefox 1.07 and Opera.

All do the same

The statement about AOL was not intended for you. Sorry about the confusion.

I changed your Auctiva Classic UID to "huroncomputersclassic" in hopes that would prevent you from being redirected to the Classic site when you sign in to the free site.
