Hi, I have placed some listing on ebay but did not go through Auctivia as I'm still in the learning process. I noticed my listing has the Auctiva picture banner and it states I have no other listings right now but I have 14 listings. I don't want the bidders to not look at my other listings thinking there is none as I do offer combined shipping (that is why I hesitated going through Auctivia this time) Help, how do I remove this banner so the bidders will look for my other listings? Thank you.

You can disable the Store Window on this page:
http://www.auctiva.com/account/preference.aspx
(in the "Account Preferences" block)

However, the Store Window should be updated soonish with your current auctions. You could also file a support case (bottom of the Help page) and maybe they'll expedite that for you.

Also, you can still create your listings through Auctiva even if you combine shipping -- but you have to disable Auctiva checkout first (in the same place as above). Once that's disabled any listings posted afterwards will default to eBay's checkout.

Hope that helps.
Yes, relisting through Auctiva will be seen by eBay as a new listing.

I usually relist through eBay. Your listing fees will be the same as the first time around. (No fees for additional pics, because your pics are in your description.)

However, if you are relisting store inventory, be sure to check your quantity. When I had relisted some before, eBay relisted with the original quantity, and not the quantity I actually had left after selling some! I was glad that I caught it in time to go back and change it before I sold more than I actually had left!
