Hi! I'm definitely a newbie on Auctiva and this question probably has an obvious answer that I'm just missing it. LOL!

I'm trying to figure out how to relist closed items on Ebay via Auctiva. They all show up on my imported items list but I don't see a relist option anywhere. Tried to get them into my "Saved Listings" folder but every time I go to see if they got saved there's nothing in that folder. Also I'm changing everything from auction to store format.

Aside from functional brain cells, what am I missing here? Smile

Thanks!
Lynn

Technically, there's no way to relist in the eBay sense of the word. In other words, if you relist from Auctiva, eBay doesn't know it's a relist so you don't get your fee credit.

If that doesn't bother you then one option is to just reschedule your original listing.

Are these closed listings showing up in Auctiva at all? If they're in your Closed Listings then you should be able to import them into your Saved Listings so you can work with them (if you needed to edit them or whatever).
Hi Rick! I kept waiting for the listings to import last night and they didn't so I shut my machine down for the night. But they were in my saved listings folder by this morning.

What I did to relist them as store items was to check the box next to the imported listing and then used the create similar option. Got in, tweaked a few settings, and Voila! had auctions turned to store items. Smile

I guess patience is a virtue, LOL! It was just a matter of waiting for the listings to get imported.

Have a great day!
Lynn
