newbie with a couple of ?'s

first off thanks in advance for any help - ok so i have an ebay store and i have noticed that when posting items for sale on auctiva that i can't pick a store category for them and they are defaulting to my "other" store category - where am i missing this - and secondly if i understand correctly auctiva automatically imports all of my current ebay items onto their site - is that correct?

Hi!

You need to update your store categories from Ebay to Auctiva. Go to the "My Account" tab, then the "Settings" tab and then click on Ebay Settings. Here you will find a link to click on to Update your Ebay store categories. Then you can go to your listing and click on the correct store category underneath where you type in your listing title.

Yes, your listings will be imported but I believe it takes a few hours for it to happen. If it has been more than a day, I would file a help request.
