Newbie with question regarding Auctiva Store........

Hello everyone,

I read several of the archived posts regarding Auctiva stores. Am I to understand that the Auctiva store I paid $6.95 to have my specialized name with template will not be listed on eBay?

I'm very frustrated trying to get my store loaded with product, so if it's not going to be displayed on eBay, which I originally thought it was, am I better off just opening a store on eBay and be done with it, then list any auctions through Auctiva?

Sorry if this has been asked before. It's hard to find all the posts pertaining to my questions.

Thanks in advance for your help. Any other suggestions for a newbie to Auctiva and eBay wanting to set up a store front, will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, your items listed on eBay are shown in your Auctiva store and not the other way around.

I believe from what you say that you have bought a domain name which is, ~~this is~~ set up to link to and show your Auctiva store contents.

Probably best to file a support request with Auctiva to clarify that your expectation matches what you have paid for.

Hi ChooChooGuy,

Thanks so much for your reply. I appreciate the suggestion to check with Auctiva. I bought the domain name with Auctiva because I thought that's what I would use to set up my store on eBay so if that's not what it does then it definitely didn't meet my expectations.
