Hi All,
Have just joined Auctiva and I can see my closed unsold listings ok, but I can't see how to get to them to edit the HTML.
Can anyone help please.

Check your Auctiva Closed Listings page. Select the listings you want to import and use the Import Listing button on the page. That moves the listings to the Saved Listings page in the Imported Listings Folder.

Thanks Dano, that has helped.
I was clicking on the small <HTML> icon on the saved listings summary page. The screen sort of flickered but didn't change. In the end I clicked on 'Title' and got to edit what I needed to, but is something not working with HTML icon?

Normally with the <HTML> export feature, you get a pop-up screen where you can "Select All" the HTML for copy and paste.
Do you have pop-ups blocked?

I just tested the functionality of the <HTML> button on the Saved Listings page and it appears to be working properly. Based on the behavior you have described, it sounds like you most likely have a pop-up blocker enabled on your browser that is preventing the pop-up window containing the listing HTML to load on your end.
If you disable all of the pop-up blockers that are enabled on your system and/or browser, you should be able to use this option successfully. Most browsers come equipped with pop-up blockers that are enabled by default, as do many of the most popular browser toolbars such as those offered by Google and Yahoo.
