No bids show up!!

Why are there no bids showing up in Auctiva when I have some but they do show up on E-bay

update your current auction data information
every 12 hours or so. Right now our reconcile service
which updates your Auctiva account data is
very backed up. Current updates could exceed
24 hours. Sorry for the delay.
