No Bids showing on Auctiva but on Ebay?

Hi,
I just started using this program and I received a bid on an item yesterday but the bid is not showing on my "active" lising on Auctiva. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Your not doing anything wrong. My bids hardly ever show, I've sent a support ticket and they showed up but who knows if it will stay that way. It's just a glitch. I don't rely on anything but myebay to keep track of bids and stuff so it's not a big deal for me.

You can file a help ticket, they will get back to you in record time.
