No Description on Listing

All the listings I created in Auctiva on the 5th have no description. The code is there, but it is not showing up in the preview screen. I posted them to eBay, and no description appears there, either! Please help!

Did you File a support Case? I am noticing that the Standard View of the item description is truncating all my description into one long paragraph instead of separating them like I set up. I notice it when I look at it in preview.

Hi
I had the same problem but I left it for a day and they then appeared from nowhere. i did log a problem but they told me they couldnt see what was wrong and to just try again which i did and it worked.
