No descriptions

Hi I have been listing on auctiva for about 3 months now with no issues at all, however just recently I have no description box to write in.
It gives me the option of view text or full editor but neither work. What do I do please

Did you try clearing the browser's cache?

I have cleared down the cache but still getting no descriptions. I only get text view or full size editor option but neither are responding?
