No gallery shown image in eBay-no error msg either

Just visited listing again, and got eBay's error
msg that they could not connect with imaging hosting server to try again However, when I exited out of that and went back to "My EBay," the gallery image was showing now. Weird.

When this happened before it kept getting worse and worse, more and more listings. so hopefully, someone will find out which end it is on and nip it again as it is hassle to have to go back and check each listing that we get notice on. Worse still is IF we are NOT notified each time and at one time it was switching order of photos, which meant your gallery photo may be of butt of a pair of pants and nothing else, person would have to click in to see fronts.

Thanks for sharing your experience here. There is actually a known technical issue on the eBay side of things that is causing the behavior you have described intermittently. They last acknowledged the problem in the first week of May but we have not received any updates on the issue since then.

As Vickie alluded to, this was happening earlier in the year as well and eBay ended up reporting that they had addressed the problem, but we then had to open a new case with their Developer Support team when we learned that it was still happening in certain cases after that.
