Having worked in IT for 15 years, I do have to say than when things go big time wrong, it's all hands to the pumps to get things sorted - there isn't always time to let folks know what's going on, you don't always know what's gone wrong and at that point it is impossible for you to know how long it's going to take to fix.
Hey, this may not have been the best planned outage I've ever seen but it's a free service. Smile At some point when you move servers you're gonna have to switch over which means there is a window of time when something (or everything) isn't available. It's kinda inevitable.
Hi Community,

We have almost the entire site up and running now but we're still experiencing difficulties with our support panel, so we are currently unable to answer support cases in a timely manner.

To those of you who have pending support requests, please be patient and don't be offended if it takes much longer than usual to receive a reply. We will be answering all support cases as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience with regard to this matter.

-Mike
