No image

Help,
I have no images in my EBay store or in my Auctiva. Went to help area and it said "I have deleted them" NO I did not releted them. I was at work. No one else use my computer. What is up with this??? Last week we could not upload and now there is no images. I am thinking about dropping Auctiva. This is a pain in the neck. Any idea??
