No images ... me or the usual bug at Auctiva

Yep, no images. That is why until it becomes more stable I just include a “click here link” to my Auctiva store. That way there are not empty windows in my auctions.

Don't give up hope as they usually find the problem and solve it within that day but then again usually another problem pops up but since it is free it is kinda of hard to demand excellent performance and/or customer service.

They emailed me it is normal and will be corrected in a few days.

BTW, how in the world did you manage to get TWO store galaries into each listling? (one in the botom one on the top?)

funny thing with me is, they tell me it is only with immages in auctions NOT created with them (only on eBay.)

This is not the case with me. I have no immages showing for no auctions, anywhere!

You need to paste the code into the description twice yourself. Go to store >store window>store window html. I personally think it would be cheesy and annoying to see two in a listing.

What happen is that I pasted the one in the bottom in not knowing that the other would be automatically be installed when I listed that item as I was new to Auctiva. I will delete the bottom one and if you see anymore let me know as I don't remember how many I did before I found this out.

As far as chessy you might be right but I would definitely find out if that was the intention of the seller first and then make your comment as it seems it was directed toward me

I think my auction sites are nice and I have a lot of comments over the last 7 yrs as my 11,000+ feedbacks show

I checked these two auctions out but I don't see 2 Auctiva scrollers/store windows

I have one at the bottom from ebay and I have one at the bottom from SDGallery which I have been using for 2 yrs now so they are automatically put in my auctions.

So if you mean having more scrollers than just one then that is your opinion which I will respect. Myself, I believe that people like veiwing galleries where they can see the pictures and ebay charges too much for me to add a gallery picture to each auction I list. Thus why the extra scrollers in my auctions.

Thanks for your comment though as it is the first to make a negative response but I am sure there are more that see it your way. A seller has to go by what works and I manage to survive 7 yrs so far ... the words so far meaning who knows how much longer as ebay is getting more corporate-like each week

anyways, I DO find it ok to have the typical one on top and then the one with all the auctions on the bottom. (just like you have it.)

I was answering Jacob. Comment was not directed personally to anyone. It was just an observation of the appearance of a listing.
