Not sure what you mean by "other account." Since you used the term, are both account's registered on Auctiva? Care to share your URL's so we can look also?
I have had no problem with my listings, nor have I noticed any problem on other listers through Auctiva.
One of the simple things that was suggested to me relative to many issues I have in the past was to open
www.google.com and then do the Tool > Internet Options > Delete Cookies and all temporary files. (The reason the techie said to do this from Google was because that site does not put a cookie on my browser, so I am actually deleteting them all.)
Then close and reopen my browser. I would say that 97% of the time that corrected many of my problems.
