No Importing of listings

Hi,

Sunday of last week (the 12th) I launched a listing through Ebay out of desperation. I thought it would be imported but I can't find it. I heard from Auctiva they would help me and import it for me, but I still can;t find it. The listing number is 8903335786 and is now closed. I have more, so I would like to edit it and launch it to my Ebay Store.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I can easily do the rewriting, but I want to make sure I am looking for it in the right place.

Hi Vera,

I just checked your account and it appears you have 3 active eBay listings that are yet to be imported into Auctiva.

I have just placed your account on priority list to reconcile with eBay. Your remaining eBay listings should be imported into Auctiva and appended with the store window within the next 12 hours. I apologize for the delay.

It typically takes 4-6 hours for listings posted directly through eBay to be imported into Auctiva and appended with the store window, but due to the high volume of recent signups, this process has slowed down over the past week. We're currently working to develop a system that will make this process more efficient.
