No item description box available in listing form?

I am experiencing a truly bizaree technical glitch, which is a serious bummer, considering it is the last day to take advantage of the one cent listings.

When I go in to create a new listing, or create a "similar" listing. There is NO ITEM DESCRIPTION box in my listing form? The titles, photos, etc, are still showing, but the HTML box is ABSENT. As you can imagine, this fairly cripples any listing activity. Anyone else having this problem?

I put in a support request last night, but have not heard anything back yet.

Hi LDC,

I've been building new listings all day (using create similar), and I have seen the description box and other items on the one-page sloooooooooooow to appear. However, they do eventually appear. No failures yet, just butt-ugly slow when you want to get things DONE.

Oh....and the 1 cent list fee sale is through the 31st / tomorrow. I'm trying to get a bunch ready for tomorrow afternoon and evening deadline.

Okay...Thanks for the heads up Danno...

I will try it again, and see if I can at least get some "butt ugly response" and get some items posted.

The technical issues of late on Auctiva, have dampened my enthusiasm somewhat. First it was the no gallery photo appearing in my listings, and now this. Auctiva support has indicated they are working on these gallery photo issues, with prefilled items. It's hard to say if this is contributing to my rather pathetic sales this week. This is the first time ever, I've gone a weekend without a bid on any of my listings.
