No items showing up in my scrolling showcase

My showcase is empty apart from the text "No Items Available" - but there certainly are. Is this a server problem?

I was just filling in a support request and giving the item numbers of the affected listings - and the showcase appears to be ok now! Does this happen very often?

Hi - I can't say for sure what the problem was, but keep in mind that the scrolling window only updates about every 2 hours.

Thank you for telling us that it updates every 2 hrs. For I, too, was wondering why only one photo showed up when I have already 9 active listings.

The 2 hours I stated on my Sept.3rd post was info from a staff person, however since then I read that the scrolling gallery updates every 4 hours, this from another staff person. I guess you pays your money and you takes your choice. Maybe staff will see this post and give us the "final" word, so I don't have to advise folks that it is "from 2 to 4 hours" or some other idiotic inane insufficient inaccuracy.
