No listings show when I click on sellers other items!!!

I've got the same problem

This is the first time I've used the service and spent the last week writing up my ads on Auctiva. Not only are my items not listed in 'sellers other items' they are missing from all of the catagories I listed them under as well! I'm feeling really rather concerned at the moment and any help would be fantastic.

UPDATE - All my listings have now appeared - thank goodness! It seems it wasn't down to an error on my part of with Auctiva, I think maybe with all the templates and fancy listings in my ads it took ebay a while to process/screen them. It was scary there for a little while but panic over and I will know to expect possible delays in the future.

Good Luck to Woadie - I hope you have found the same solution in your case, that it was just caused by minor ebay delays.

It takes up to 12 hours for eBay to index your items, so they'll show up in "MyEbay" but not in general searches. It doesn't have anything to do with your templates or anything like that.

That's an ebay thing, not Auctiva -- auctions on ebay regularly take up to six hours to index, although now and then they'll list more quickly or take longer.

If you list an item and it hasn't appeared after six or seven hours, but it's in your "My ebay", then go to ebay's Answer Center and ask about it there, providing the auction number. They'll be able to help.
