No more designer pack refund for Auctiva users

Here's a heads up for ya...

I listed an item today. I used the subtitle and the gallery pic. After listing went live on eBay I went in to revise and select the designer pack. It allowed me to select it but I received no 20 cent refund. I inquired with ebay on a live chat. He said that the policy has changed and no longer provides a refund for the use of designer pack on a revision. You can select the listing designer upgrade or the designer pack upgrade but no refund will be issued.
