no photos is store window

I'm unfamiliar with seller sourcebook, but I *believe* that if the photos are not hosted with auctiva itself that they will not "import" from elsewhere (ie seller sourcebook)...good luck!

it's not just you. It's an issue right now. they are working on it.

so right now all of my STOCK photos from ebay are not in the store window.

They is no option i need to activate or AUCTIVA is just working on it?

I've submitted a request that your missing store images be created. If they are not available in your store window after 4-6 hours, please file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page.

Is anybody else having trouble with imported listings? So far only my relists and my sold items have come over to Auctiva after 6 days. The support staff has been good about looking into it, but my storefront is empty, and the 2nd weekend is approaching with this problem. I'm in my 2nd help ticket and I'm uncertain what the next steps are.

I have filed a support case regarding a listing origiating from Auctiva and not showing in window - and was told it would be updated in 2-3 hours and that was 10 hours ago... I added a message to my original support case hoping someone can help me and it has not been read .I am aftaid to list at this time ...

Others are having problems also it seems. Is there a best time of day to list where the images will show quickly? this could mean the difference between success and failure for us. thanks
