The scrolling gallery is not showing my other auction pictures, it says no picture available, does anyone know why? Thanks!

Hi! I logged in to your account and was able to view your listings on eBay--the scrolling gallery had all the images (both in IE and Firefox.) Try clearing your browser's cache/history and see if that does the trick.

I am trying to list and now when I click the box to add pictures it hangs up...Help?!
Thanks Rebecca, Last night I looked at other sellers auctions that I know use the auctiva scrolling gallery and there pictures were not appearing either.
Those auctions of mine ended last night but today with my new listings I have a new problem, the scrolling gallery is not appearing on three of the new listings and another listing shows the scrolling gallery at the bottom of the listing. I prefer to have the scrolling gallery at the top of the listing and I do have it set with Auctiva to appear at the top of the listing.
I deleted my cache as you suggested. I don't know what the problem is.
One reason I keep my account with Auctiva is for the scrolling gallery and I really would like to have it appear at the top of the listing in all of my auctions.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
