No Pictures, No Listing, What's Up with Auctiva?

P.S. I'm being bombarded from EBay Support telling me that "unfortunately your item # xxxx has not yet been added to the gallery - problem is.....auctiva!"
Thanks Auctiva! You're really starting to hurt business in a really bad way for me!

We're all been in the same sinking rowboat. I haven't been able to post since Friday. What can you do. I stand to lose hundreds of $ thanks to Auctiva Failures. Oh well. Nobody is issuing updates, so we have to assume nobody is working on the problem.

Hey Bubba - the pictures are working again. Maybe someone is actually reading our complaints. Then again, I'll give it an hour and it will get screwed up again. I understand this is "free" stuff, but when you're doing well and contemplating using their "pay" service, this kind of stuff tells me - uh, NO!

This is so tiresome.

Ditto for me....I thought it was too good to be true that Auctiva was working there for awhile, but, alas, it now has me pulling my hair out. First, I could get pics uploaded, then it kept crashing and when it finally got to let me download a few auctions, they're sitting there unposted!!! With all the times Autiva has "updating their system" they don't seem to have it right yet! Time to fire the guys (or gals) that are "improving" the site!

I have just listed one item directly to eBay, since Auctiva is down. And I learned something...

I'm not saying another bad word about Auctiva's service!

What I get at Auctiva for 70 cents per listing, I had to pay eBay $1.65 for *OUCH*. My item still hasn't posted, and it's been 40 minutes since I received confirmation from eBay. I've been advised it could take over 4 hours!

Sure, Auctiva has problems that frustrate all of us - but they PALE in comparison to dealing directly with eBay. So now I say, "Long Live Auctiva!"

I'd like to know why these types of problems occur so frequently? Why does it always seem that when Auctiva says "hours", it's really means "days". The reliability touted on the home page is deceptive. Sure, Auctiva has saved me money, but at the same time, cost me a lot of extra time. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make things right!

I just had notification that my 45 listings failed due to them not being able to be listed in time.
Disappointed yes, but happy at the same time.
Sure I have to reschedule but at least my listings are not starting in the wee hours of the morning when most are in bed and still have to pay ebay fees for them too.

Hopefully all will be fixed soon.

Thanks for posting this thread. I was using Auctiva for the first time this afternoon (which turned into NIGHT) and thought I was a complete ditz. I am getting the same error message.

I have my one "test" item listed but who knows when it will go....

I've changed my items to 5 day auctions and will try again on Tuesday. I'm gonna give it one shot early evening and then I'll manually list if I have to!

Anyone having any luck getting items to post yet?
