Yes, you can indicate that you do not charge sales tax on your Auctiva created listings by leaving the tax fields as they are when you load the bew listing page. Specifically, you would leave the "Charge" field blank and leave "--Select--" chosen on the adjacent pull-down menu.

hi, I've tried that but it dosen't work for me.
I leave the charge blank and the select a state on "select" but when I do the error check it resets and i get the same error again. I didn't use to have this problem.

I am new to the board and getting to know Auctiva a little. I have a question and again have no idea how to find the answer but here I go. On eBay now we have to have item specifics for searches. Where on the templetes is the link to add them in so I don't have to open and revise all my listings. Thank you in advance.

That is done under the item category (literally). After you select a category, a "Choose Items Specifics" link will appear and you can then select specifics. For some cats, you might also see a "Find Product", e.g. books have ISBN search. Some cats also have "Custom Item Specifics".
