NO STORE WINDOW UNDER MY LISTINGS!

Hi~ Can anyone help me. I'm new to this site and have no idea what I'm soing, apparently! My Store Window was scrolling merrily along under my eBay listings, until I noticed yesterday that they had disappeared completely. Only my counter is evident now. How do I locate my Store Window and get it back on? Thanks for any help!!!

Under the store tab click on Store Window and make sure it doesn't say:

Your Store Window is currently: Disabled. Click here to go to your account preferences page to enable it.
