No template

Whenever I tried to create my listing I selected my template and the specifications for it, but it wouldn't load so, I couldn't move forward with listing my auction. I selected the template that I wanted, but nothing happened.

Hi. You don't see the template on the listing page. You have to click on Preview for it to show up.

Are you making sure that you click on the
'Save template to listing' button when you select it?
