No Thumbnail Available | Auctiva

The list view in my store is showing one item as 'No Thumbnail Available' and I can't see why.

Anyone idea how I troubleshoot this please?

Do you have a link to listing or listing # ?

Ummmmm, dived into my Auctiva store to get the link and lo and behold, thumbnail is there now!! It was the only one that was missing and all was fine elsewhere with gallery and header images in the saved listing and on the live listing on eBay.

Nevermind.

For future reference how would I give the link of an item in my store?

I peaked around while looking at the filter problem and didn't see one missing.

That's why I asked. Might have been a temporary server problem at Auctiva. It happens.
