Hi - just scheduled a relist on an item and there is no thumbnail. I checked and the image is located in my image folder. Any help?

Do you mean the gallery image? Got a link to the listing or auction #?

The auction # 120232573739 you've given is completed (not active). What's the # on the relisted auction?
Looked at your 8 active auctions on ebay and your Auctiva store, and thy all had gallery pics. Didn't see one that matched the title on the one you pointed too.

Hi - as I said in the original post it is a SCHEDULED relist. So it is on the scheduled listing page to go out on Friday and it is also on the closed listing page. The thumbnail is not showing on the SCHEDULED page which makes me think that it will not be there when it relists on Friday. Correct or not?
Sorry....thought "SCHEDULED relist" was meant in the past tense and you were actually seeing a missing gallery image.
Hmmmm....that is odd. I did 3 relists thought Auctiva on Monday night, and all 3 header-gallery images were fine. ebay is now forcing those to both be the same image (recent change), so there are a few folks reporting problems on relists with that kind of conflict. I did see Auctiva mention the problem, and they are changing the one-page lister to no longer have that option (next release). That's the only "problem" I can suggest as cause.
Only suggestions I can make for unknown cause are:
1. Ask Auctiva Support to take a look.
2. Wait for the relist to complete and see if the header and gallery image actually are there. If missing, just load the image on ebay's Revise listing editor.

Thanks Danno for your help - I will wait and see what happens, then if need be put in a support request. Maybe after it loads it will show. I got to thinking that this was one of my original ebay posts before I joined the auctiva group, so that may be why. Thanks again Carita
