Hello,

We experienced a period last week during which images weren't being created for items not listed through Auctiva. This issue should now be resolved and your images for newly created auctions shouldn't have a problem being displayed in the Auctiva store window.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to recreate your missing images until our next propagation on Tuesday, January 3rd.

I apologize for the inconvenience.

funny thing with me is, they tell me it is only with immages in auctions NOT created with them (only on eBay.)

This is not the case with me. I have no immages showing for no auctions, anywhere!
