Hi beachroselane,

Thanks for letting us know about this. We have received a few reports of this nature over the last couple days and our engineering and IT teams have looked into them already. Fortunately, in this case, the warnings that Norton is issuing to some users appear to be false. We have seen any indications of potential threats on the Auctiva website and other sources such as Google and Firefox's built-in security are giving us a clean bill of health.

In any event, we're in the process of applying to get rescanned by Norton in order to clear up this situation. It may take a few more days for us to get rescanned and make it so Norton no longer displays those warning messages, but we don't have any reason to believe that won't go smoothly at this point.

If you have any other questions regarding your Auctiva account, please feel free to contact our customer support team using the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
