I just signed up with Auctiva yesterday and cannot upload any of my pictures from my computer files. I get an Error - invalid image or filename. My browser is Safari and I am on dial-up. Am I just not compatible? Please help.

What is the file extension on the end of your image names?
They are jpegs. Is this what you mean?

nope!, auctiva uploads: jpg, jpeg, JPG
It could be a 'safari/auctiva' glitch. Can you switch to IE for uploading pictures?
Have you tried the: Basic HTML Uploader at the bottom of the imageupload page?
I can't switch to IE (I am on a mac). I have tried the Basic HTML Upload option (one at a time). I do not have Java so it is the only option for me. Also, when I first signed up, three of my gallery pictures of the nine I had listed where transferred to my images in auctiva. So I do have three images in auctiva but I don't know why only these three. I don't know how this happened.

There are numerous others here with Macs and I think most of them are still having problems.
Search 'mac' on the forums and see if you can glean any info. Also, try to get 'support' involved with the issue.
