Not all listings showing?

Not sure I really understand your question...did you list originally through Auctiva? Then if so, they are automatically saved here practically forever. But if you listed directly through Ebay, they will NOT be recognized by Auctiva. Am I getting this ??

Hi!!! Yes, I accidently created them in eBay before realizing you do it IN Auctiva, however, 2 of my past 3 auctions came up in the bottom where it spot lights all the auctions for my account.... the only thing I can figure is that I used a template to create teh second one and accidently left the subject the same, maybe Auctiva thought it was a duplicate? I have no clue, just wondering how to force it to recognise my other auctions!

I just reviewed your account and verified that both of your listings that are currently active on eBay have been imported into your Auctiva account, and are displayed on your "Active Listings" page. I suspect the third listing you were referring to has already ended or was cancelled by eBay.

When you post listings through Auctiva, they will be displayed on your Auctiva "Active Listings" page immediately after posting, however, when you post listings directly through eBay, it will typically take about 4-6 hours for them to be imported into your Auctiva account and have the potential to be displayed in your scrolling gallery.
