not all my listings have imported in auctiva...after 20 hours

Hello, yesterday I made 20 new listings
in ebay...but ONLY the 11 listings have imported to auctiva.Have past 20 hours already.
So I can not add pictures etc.
Please check my id which is efhgr and
import the rest of my listings.

Hi Efi,

I think you made a typo when you typed your user ID because I'm unable to locate the account "efhgr" in our database.

Please reply with your Auctiva user ID and I'll add your account to the reconcile priority list.
