Not allowing me to choose photos for listing

Anyone else having this issue. It is not letting me choose photos on the listing page, page always runs in error?
It works fine until I choose option to not include images in active listings. Once I hit that option, choose image pages end in error and I have no access to manage images either.
I can't work without being able to choose photos, and it's been a week now that this hasn't been working on and off.

This is happening to me on and off for the last few months and have not heard back at all from the "24/7" support of auctiva

Thanks for helping to bring this to our attention.

As indicated in our recent replies to your open support case on this subject, we are aware of the errors of this nature which are occurring within your account and our technical team is currently working to resolve the issue responsible as soon as possible.

I understand these this has been happening intermittently for several days now but, although we have made some progress, I still cannot offer a specific estimate of when the issue will be resolved at this point in time.

We will, however, update your case again as soon as the issue has been addressed or any related information becomes available. We apologize for the continued difficulties!
