All of a sudden, when creating a listing, it will not select/add photos. It doesnt matter if creating new, creating similar, or even adding photos to ctive listing. Box with thumbnails pops up, but when I click to select, nothing! Even tried different views, show pics in active, not show pics in active, thumbnails, list view, and even uploading. Uplader works, but still wont select to add to listing. Turned off pop up blockers, cleared and rebooted, etc.... Only way I can add is to go to eBay and add one photo link there. .....THIS DID NOT START UNTIL CHANGE OF OPTIONAL GALLERY AUCTIVA STARTED.

Thanks for letting us know about this. The behavior you described is actually occurring due to a known issue that popped up as a result of our site update this morning. Our engineering team is currently working to address the problem and we expect to have a fix released in just a little bit, most likely within the next hour or so.

Update - While it is taking a bit longer than expected to get the fix for this issue verified and released to the site, we are getting close and should have this issue resolved soon. I will post again to this thread again to let you all know when this issue is resolved or if I become aware of any major delays.

This issue is specific to a relatively small range of accounts so it would not be surprising if you were to be unable to reproduce the problem with a friend's account as Bear mentioned above.

Update - I just spoke to our engineering team about why this has been taking so much longer than expected and apparently a new error was discovered when we were testing the changes that will require some more coding to resolve. That will have to be completed before we can get these changes out the door.

I'm unable to provide a confident estimate of when this issue will be resolved at this point, but I'll post any additional information about the issue that I can gather to this thread. I can assure everyone that we are actively working on this problem though.

Update - We have just completed the required changes to resolve this problem and have pushed them to the live version of the Auctiva site, so those of you who were unable to select images from your image archives on the image selector previously should now be able to do so successfully.
