not being given 10 cent listing through auctiva site

I thought I would take advantage of 10 cent listing day but when I click on "estimate eBay fees " for my auction the 35 cent price comes up for insertion, not 10 cents . I didn't end up posting the auction through Auctiva , but through eBay cause I wanted the discount. Is this just a glitch or can you not get the 10 cent insertion fee today posting through Auctiva ?

Glitch.
I had auctions scheduled from midnight till now, I double checked and all of those auctions were done via Auctiva and I was charged .10.

Always remember, that whenever eBay has a sale or something similar to today, the Auctiva folks need to recode. They're ususally pretty good about it.

If you're ever worried..double check your fee's after running one auction. You'll see that the charge went through correctly.

The thing we have to remember is that Auctiva doesn't charge any of us anything, with the exception of buying insurance. All other fees are charged by eBay.

The estimated listing fees are based on what eBay normally charges (thus, 35¢).
