I listed several items last night but I am not getting any hit counts back from ebay when I check my active listing summary.
Is this an error? How often are the counts supposed to update?

It can take a long time between the hit count updates. Should be updated soon, then it will be a while before it is updated again.

If you are using the Sellathon counter provided by Auctiva in your eBay listings, you will not be able to read your counter hits on your My eBay page, however, you will be able to track your hits on the Active Listings page within your Auctiva account.
Similarly, if you are using eBay's counters, you will be able to track your hit counts on your My eBay page, however, you will not be able to track this information on the Active Listings page within your Auctiva account.
