Not getting updated totals

I'm stil not getting updated totals for number of hits and bid amount. I was told that the Auctiva Active Listings screens updated this information automatically - that I didn't need to do something like log out & log back in again for it to change - but it's not updating. Any ideas?

Thanks to all in advance -- and Auctiva is SO much better than my last service!!

The 'stats' in your auctiva account are usually several hours behind the actual count. Just wait, and it should update.
