All of my auctions do not display any hits in my Auctiva listing. I have verified that a counter is selected within ebay and that the counter on the auction is working. Please help.

I have found that if I select a counter from within ebay, I can only see the # of hits from within ebay. It will show up as N/A on Auctiva. But, if I select the counter when I am making the listing within Auctiva, it is kept track of in Auctiva. I think it all has to do with where you set up the counter. I don't know if this helps at all, but I thought I'd reply
I think there are counter issues. I am choosing one in the listing, and have it enabled in my account settings. But it never appears until I go to eBay and revise it to use their counter. Then, eBay's and Auctiva's appear.

If you are selecting the "KickitBack/Sellathon Counter" option on the Auctiva lister page when you create a listing, a visible counter should show up at the bottom once it is active on eBay. However, if you select the "hidden" counter option, you will not be able to see a graphic showing that the counter is present on the listing itself.
You should be able to see your hit counts in the "Hits" column on your Active Listings page if you are using one of the counters offered by Auctiva - regardless of whether you are using the "hidden" or "visible" one.
If you are selecting the visible version of the counter when posting your listings and you cannot see a counter on them once they are active on eBay, please contact our customer support team using the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx

It does not always appear though. I have the counter selected in my profiles to appear on every listing. But it rarely does. I have to go to eBay and edit to get one. It's in my profile, and it's there when I list on Auctiva. But when I get to eBay, it's gone and when I come back here and check, it's bounced out to no counter selected, even though I have it in my profile. I'm about to give up on it, it's very frustrating.
