Not Posted : Invalid ebay token

Anyone out there knows what I should do? I am trying to list item but errors with this message. What should I be doing to fix this error??

An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts?

I have tried adding token but doesn't seem to work.

Sounds like a question for the support team. Go to the help tab at the top right hand side of this page and click it ,scroll to the bottom of that page and click on file a support request

Hi,

One thing that may be throwing that error up is if you have already generated a token on E-Bay and that other 'user' is you. You will have to go into your preferences on the E-Bay site and cancel, 'allow third parties', authorisation.

Then, if that is the problem, Auctiva can generate a new token for you.
