Not Showing Window

Just listed 6 new items in my ebay shop - they are not showing the window showcase.Also Auctiva listings are only showing 10 when I have actually have 16 - Can you please advise me on how to fix the problem.Ta

my auctiva seems to have updated but the shop window states that i don't have any items to sell. i have lots but none are shown in the window.
it has placed this in all of my auctions so it doesn't look very good to my potential customers. any idea what i should do???
