Hi Everyone: First thing first: Sorry this is a long post.

I need help! I am trying to start selling on ebay. Initially started with Turbo lister but quickly found Auctiva and now I am saving my listings on Auctiva. I love the ease of listing and the tampletes!

I have also got a basic store on ebay and eventually want to transfer my saved listing on to my store, out up some of of them as aution and start selling.

My confusion & questions:
There is also auctiva Store! why? how come auctiva store goes to ebay? how do they sync??

Should I put my listings into an auctiva store and THEN transfer them in my ebay store??

I have also decided to use ebay check out instead of activa check out. Does this sound right to you? why ?

So If I continue with ebay shipping/check out, should I not have to worry about having any check out or shipping PROFILE in my listing?

I dont know if this is a newbie thing or not, but one minute I think "yeah, I got it" then I read something somewhere and I second guess myself.

I am worried that I am doing something wrong and saving all my items will go to waste or I have to start again.

I hope all these are not looking dumb to you.

This is far from what I have done in the past, not a internet savvy or tech savy.

Average hardworking person with good selling ideas wants to put bread on the table...so please...help. Thank you.

Not dumb at all Fashion Smile

First, DO set up all profiles within Auctiva (i.e. your Paypal email addy for one) This will save you MUCH time when you create new listings, you won't have to type in the info each time.

The Auctiva store is just one of the freebies you get with an Auctiva account...however if someone comes across your store and clicks on an item they will be directed to the ebay listing. I never pay attention to the Activa store, it has nothing to do with your Ebay store.
(Auctiva ECommerce Stores are a whole different thing, totally 'stand alone' and seperate from Ebay) You can see a whole Community section here devoted to this topic.

You can use ebay checkout (I always have, just find it easier) but still be sure to have your profiles filled out on Auctiva. Check your account preferences here and be sure to DISable anything you don't want or understand because it all comes ENabled.

It does take a little while to get the hang of things here but when you do it's totally worth it. You'll be breezing through listings in no time Smile
Good Luck!
