Not Synced with eBay

I left feedback for items by going directly to the eBay website; however, my Auctiva account still says feedback wasn't left. Is there a way that I can get Auctiva synced with eBay or from now on do I need to go to Auctiva to leave feedback in order for it to show properly on my Auctiva account?

You can only leave FB once, and since it was done through Ebay it won't show on your Auctiva account. As far as I know, the only way to leave FB through Auctiva is by automating it.
