not updating paid transaction page

I have not been able to properly access paid transactions from the transactions page. I usually get an error message when I click on "paid transactions." when I do get into the listings, the last one showing is from 8-28 and I have had a few paid transactions since then. I use this area to buy insurance so I need to be able to access my paid transactions. thank you.
