Ok, when I first started with Auctiva, I had some auctions running and I followed the instructions and everything was fine with all 30 of my auctions. The windows worked great, the store worked great. No problems.
Then I relisted 7 items thru Ebay and the scrolling windows show fine, no problems. I had already read on this forum that I could use Ebay's Turbo Lister 2 and my scrolling window would show up within 6-12 hours. Since I already knew how to use the turbo lister 2 and was in a hurry, I listed 5 new items with the turbo lister on Sunday 4/30. By monday 5/1, I still didn't have a scrolling window on the 5 new auctions. I sent in a help ticket. I was told that it was right, I could use Turbo lister 2 and the windows would eventually show up. After 48 hours, still no window. I was then informed that it was a problem they were having and also, it would take a while for my account to be processed, even though I signed up on 4/19. That I just needed to wait until Wed. night 5/3. I waited and still no scrolling windows on the new listings, but the relisted auctions are still working fine. So I contacted help again.
This time I was told that I didn't have any scrolling windows in the newly Turbo Lister 2 auctions because I didn't c/p the window html into my auctions and if I did that, then they would show up.
So, which is it? Can we NOT use Turbo Lister 2 at all? Are we now confined to using the lister that Auctiva provides? This should be an easy matter, and I really don't like complaining since this a free. Don't get me wrong, I do appreciate what they are providing here and I do intend to use their lister when I have the time to learn it. But come on, let's have some consistency on answers please?
