I am trying to list an item but I can't get the select an image box to open so that I can add image. It does nothing no matter how many times I click on it.

At the top of my heading the "Create and Edit Listing - Microsoft Internet Explorer" turns grey but nothing happens

It was working this afternoon but the editor was a mess but now for the time being this first listing for the editor is working but now I can't get the select an image to work

Hi AL,

Any chance you enabled your popup blocker by accident? That's the only thing I can think of that would prevent the select image box from opening up.

Yes it is on but it is always on but I will turn it off and see if that works. I delete my temp files and restarted as well

This has also been happening for me every once in a while lately. I always create from similar (in Firefox) and sometimes the images aren't clickable (although I can always edit or remove the existing picture).

The way I've worked around it is hitting the Error Check button at the bottom so that it refreshes the screen. After that it works properly and I can go select my new images.

Right now they are working okay as I cleared my cache by deleting my temp files and rebooted

Oh my goodness I am having the same problem. Running a Macintosh OS 10.4.4 So I don't have to explain please look here http://www.youbyte.com I have been all over these message boards posting my problem. I have posted almost 200 auctions on Auctiva and sometime a few weeks ago, the text link inside the select an image box is just NOT there. The box is just blank! I am on virtual PC right now, as I can not post to the community either...I click and nothing happens.

So when you cleared your temp files, are you talking about your JAVA temp files???

Oh, and I have this problem on all browsers (expl. fire, opera,net). They are all the newest versions with all the latest plug-ins.

This is just driving me batty. I thought it could be the jupload applet I had to accept when I first started with Auctiva, but can not locate. Any suggestions would be much appreciated:-0

I thought I did good but the problem is back again.

I cleared the temp files under Tools/Internet Options

So I have no idea what to do because they work and then they don't work and I don't think they have a solution to the problem because there are more complaints beside mine

I am soooo frustrated Right Now i could just throw the darn computer at the wall. Even though i know that's not gonna help friggin Auctiva work .............Grrrrrrrrrrrrr.....when are they gonna fix this mess???? It just figures i'm off work today wanting to get all my listings done, in the mood, have the time, no interuptions from family etc....AND THIS HAPPENS...WHERE R THEY AT TODAY TO FIX THIS MESS????? Hopefully soon ......

same problem here, not just when I click on the link to upload picture,but also if I try to choose a category by browse categories or search categories if anyone can help please let me know

This happens to me sometimes as well but I can usually click on one of the pics further down the line and it works.

Instead of clicking the first box try a different one - it opens the image picker window and all works fine from there
