Now what the h*** is going on? Is anyone from Auctiva around today?

I am not happy with this web app today. It has taken me hours to create 5 listings. This is totally unacceptable. I can't log a support call either. Your servers are moving dirt slow today & I have intermittently been unable to access the site or received error messages. Please, would someone from Auctiva respond and fix these problems that have been going on since yesterday.

We are aware that the support site is down and we're working to get that problem resolved today. Hopefully it'll be back up and running by this afternoon.
