Nubie who changed user id and lost everything!

I thought it would be as simple as changing my name, but it wiped out all of my info! I can't renew my token because it just gives me the option of creating a new one. It won't let me create a new one because it says I already have one!

I think you'll have to file a support request with Auctiva..go to help at the top of the page.
One of the other posters here has changed her name a couple of times without results like that....
